It’s again time to say goodbye to another year and embrace the unknown of a New Year.

2023 brought new rates for the Texas Notary Public. They are now allowed to record in the notary journal the expiration date of any ID used to identify the signer for the transaction.

We don’t currently provide RON (Remote Online Notary) services since Wills are still a big NO. Most of my business comes from Will and Probate (Estate Planning) attorneys. If we do jump in, it will posted here.
