Travel Form Test

The signer must have the necessary Identification listed on I-9 page 2 (List of Acceptable Documents). There is a new form effective 8/1/2023. The old form can be used until 10/2023.

If the signer doesn’t speak and read or understand English, I may not be able to assist. You may want to seek a signer who speaks and reads the language of the signer. You will not be able to use this form if the answer to this question is no.
