If the notary is going to a hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility, additional COVID or other quarantine requirements to gown, glove, mask and shield incur an additional $30 fee. The notary does not use valet parking. Some hospitals don’t have easy building access or access to nearby parking so an additional .25 hour may added. If selected, those locations have a note stating the higher fee.
